I'm a product designer who specializes in making complex enterprise products feel clear. My work lives at the intersection of AI, data-heavy platforms, and scalable design systems — the kind of products where one bad pattern creates a hundred downstream problems.
I've spent 9+ years building for global teams, partnering closely with engineering and data science to ship things that actually work at scale. I think in systems, I ship with engineers, and I measure what I design.
How I work
Design systems as shared infrastructure.
I led the creation of Orbit Design System — built the governance model, contribution framework, and documentation standards, then scaled adoption across 15+ product teams. I turned it from a top-down mandate into a community of practice.
Embedded with engineering, not tossing specs over a wall.
I established design-engineering pairing practices that cut handoff friction and improved implementation quality. From ideation to ship, I'm in the room — not reviewing after the fact.

I've mentored 8+ designers across career levels in systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and technical depth. I built onboarding programs that reduced ramp time for new design hires and helped establish both IC and management career tracks.
I mentor designers on ADPList — 1:1 sessions on portfolio strategy, career transitions, and navigating enterprise product design.

When I'm not untangling enterprise workflows, I'm untangling two toddlers. Mom of twins, based in Boston — which means I've mastered the art of context-switching, operating on minimal sleep, and staying calm when everything is on fire. Turns out that's also a pretty good description of enterprise product design.
