From code to design
I started out as a software engineer before moving into design. That background still shapes how I work: I think in systems, I ship with engineers, and I measure what I design.
I spent close to seven years at ENGIE Impact, first as a UX designer and then as a senior product designer, and continued with the team at Arcadia after its acquisition in 2026. Across that time I worked with global teams, partnering closely with engineering and data science on sustainability and energy software that had to hold up at scale.
How I work
Design systems as shared infrastructure.
I led Orbit, the design system that unified ENGIE Impact's product libraries. I built the governance model, contribution framework, and documentation standards, then scaled adoption across 6 teams in 8 countries. It started as a mandate and became a community of practice.

Growing designers, not just designing.
I led our team's design discussions, onboarded and coached junior designers on the projects I was leading, and mentor designers outside work on portfolio strategy and career transitions.

Two toddlers, zero downtime
When I'm not untangling enterprise workflows, I'm untangling two toddlers. I'm a mom of twins, which means I've mastered context-switching, running on minimal sleep, and staying calm when everything is on fire. Turns out that's also a pretty good description of enterprise product design.
