Background
"EmoQue" app can track mood of more than 5000 employees. It's a fun tablet app for employees to submit their mood and let leadership team know how they feel while entering to the office, while lunch time or may be when employees are leaving the office.
Research
User interviews validated that tracking their mood while they are working in office is an important feature:
Generally, leadership team's aren't aware of how the employee's are feeling, and what can be done to improve their morale and increase productivity in their work. - - According to the users, tracking their mood anonymously could help them submit their REAL mood.
